What the platform publishes, and who answers for it

Kwabo is a tool made available to organisers of professional events. Every registration page, programme and announcement on it is published by an organiser, who chooses its content and answers for it.

The publisher acts as the technical operator of the platform: it keeps the service running, available and secure, without standing in for the organiser on anything that concerns holding the event, the information it publishes and the tickets it sells.

Intellectual property

The Kwabo brand, logotype, visual identity and platform code belong to Trida Luxembourg SARL-S. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

Content published by an organiser (their event name and visual identity, texts, images, programme, speaker records) remains the property of that organiser or of its rights holders.

Personal data

Personal data processing is described in full in the privacy policy, linked at the foot of this page: controllers, data processed, retention periods, processors, transfers and how to exercise your rights.

Requests about your data are sent to [email protected].

Reporting unlawful content

Content published on the platform that strikes you as unlawful may be reported to [email protected]. State the exact address of the page concerned, the content at issue and the grounds for the report.

The report is reviewed by the publisher, who informs the organiser concerned and removes manifestly unlawful content.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Luxembourg law. The mandatory provisions of the visitor’s country of habitual residence, in particular on consumer protection and personal data, continue to apply.
